The Prisoners Media Office announced the victory of the prisoner Al-Ghadanfar Abu Atwan after finally obtaining a release order that put an end to his administrative arrest and his 65-day hunger strike.
The freed prisoner Abu Atwan arrived in the hospital in Ramallah and was received by hundreds of citizens who celebrated his legendary steadfastness.
In a short statement to Palestine TV, Abu Atwan saluted the martyrs and all prisoners in the occupation's jails who supported him during the hunger strike. He specially thanked Khaled Muneif Abu Atwan who is serving five life sentences.
Al-Ghadanfar had medical tests so that he would receive treatment and rehabilitation under direct supervision of the Minister of Health Mai Al-Keila.
