The PALM Strategic Initiatives Centre held a course titled ‘TV Reporting’ that was delivered by Ms. Rola Eliyan, who is a journalist and trainer in the media field. The course targeted people interested in TV reporting from different institutions and the Centre’s staff.

Ms. Eliyan defined what reporters do, who they are and the differences between working for TV, Radio stations and newspapers. She also focused on writing for TV reports and the most common mistakes that are made by reporters language-wise or camera-related.

The course was held late June, and at the end of the course, the participants practiced making a TV report in the field in order to ensure they had benefited from the 4-day training.
