Prisoners Set Room 12 on Fire in Negev Prison

The freed prisoner and leader in Jihad Khader Adnan said in a press release that the prisoners affiliated with Jihad movement set room 12 in division 26 in the Negev prison on fire, expressing their anger and denunciation of the warders' attacks against 4 administrative detainees who have been on a hunger strike.

 He also said that the occupation's prisons' administration isolated the prisoners and transferred them to the cells. He urged human rights and international organizations to follow up with the prisoners' conditions and put an end to the serious violations of their rights.

Qadri Abu Bakr, Head of the PLO's Committee for Detainees, warned in a press release of the deteriorating conditions of the prisons, which have become unbearable.

He also urged the international community to act quickly and stop such practices against the male and female prisoners, and hold the occupation accountable for its crimes and breach of laws, agreements and international treaties.
