Yedioth Ahronoth reported that the entity's president Isaac Herzog held talks with several leaders of Arab and Islamic countries including the Jordanian King, Turkish President and Palestinian National Authority.

According to the report, the Sudanese leaders congratulated Isaac for becoming president, and both expressed their hope for continuing to strengthen relations between them, and reaching a peace treaty very soon.

The newspaper also said that they have not signed any official peace treaties since Trump's announcement of normalization in October 2020.
