Hussien Al-Sheikh, member of the Fatah Central Committee, mentioned in a tweet that that Mahmoud Abbas, president of the Palestinian National Authority, met Gantz, the minister of the occupation defense in Ramallah in the West Bank. He did not mention anything about the meeting but that it was to discuss the relation between Palestinians and the occupation.

The office of the minister of the occupation defense said that the meeting discussed the security, political, civil and economic issues between the Palestinians and the occupation. It also mentioned that Gantz told Abbas that the occupation is ready to improve the economics of the Palestinian Authority in the occupied West Bank.
