Jawad Boulos, an attorney, said that the military court of the Israeli occupation consolidated the administrative detention of Meqdad Al-Qawasmi, who has been on hunger strike for 106 days in rejection of his administrative detention.

The court claimed that there are medical reports indicate a development in the health situation of Al-Qawasmi. Hence, Boules asked for checking up those reports issued from Kaplan Medical Center, which confirmed previously that Al-Qawasmi might die at any time.

Palestinian Prisoner’s Club confirmed that what happens with Al-Qawasmi is a slow death.

Within the same context, the Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs Commission noted that the Israeli occupation decided to freeze the administrative detention of Kayed Al-Fasfous, who has been on hunger strike for 113 days.

It confirmed that Al-Fasfous lies in Brizlai hospital, and his health situation is risky.

It also confirmed that the decision to freeze his administrative detention does not mean its cancellation. Yet, it means that the occupation is longer responsible for his life, and that he is now an unofficial prisoner in the hospital.
