The Palestinian resistance leadership sent a message, through Al-Akhbar newspaper, to the families of the Israeli captives. It told them that they have only two options. First, to give up to their governments just as the family of the kidnapped pilot, who has not appear to this day, did. Second, to do as the family of the soldier Gilda Shalit did; they pressed on their government to release their son through an exchange deal.
