The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced the martyrdom of the Palestinian Saddam Ben Ouda, 26, by the Israeli occupation in Tubas. 

It added that Saddam was shot dead by a bullet fired by the Israeli occupation forces to hack his left shoulder and heart. 

He was killed when the Israeli occupation forces stormed the city and arrested a citizen. 

That was in parallel with a campaign of arrests launched by the Israeli occupation forces in different areas in the West Bank. As a result, 9 citizens were killed.
