The Asra Media Office stated that the prisoners Kayed Al-Fasfous and Ayyad Al-Harimi defeated the Israeli jailers and ended their open hunger strike. 

The statement added that Al-Fasfous, who continued his hunger strike for 131 days and suffered from a risky health situation, will be free after 23 days, noting that his administrative detention will remain frozen until he is set free. 

The Palestinian Prisoner’s Club also said that the prisoner Al-Harimi suspended his hunger strike after an agreement with the Israeli occupation prisons’ administration to release him on March 4, 2022, after 2 months of hunger strike through he suffered from a very harsh situation.

However, two other prisoners continue their open hunger strike. They are Hesham Abu Hawwash, 98 days, and Louay Al-Ashqar, 43 days.
