The young Mohammad Shawkat Abu Salima was shot by the Israeli occupation forces in the Bab Al-Amoud area in the occupied city of Al-Quds.

The occupation alleged that the young man had carried out a stabbing of a settler, who was passing through the area, and the occupation police had arrested a Palestinian (40 years) for allegedly transporting martyr Abu Salima from the occupied West Bank into the territory of the 48.

The occupying forces closed the entrances to the Old City of Occupied Al-Quds leading to the Al-Aqsa Mosque, following the martyrdom of young Abu Salima.

The head of the occupation government, Naftali Bennett, said that the twp soldiers who killed the martyr acted quickly and aggressively in exchange for a "terrorist who tried to kill an Israeli citizen."
