Egypt will launch the second phase of the Gaza reconstruction, while the resistance factions await the outcomes of talks by Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi and Foreign Minister Yair Labid to decide whether to continue the programme of escalation announced or to reverse it, amid the continued siege of Gaza and the slow pace of reconstruction.
