Prisoner Abu Hawash: 120 Days of Hunger Strike

Dec 15, 2021 11:04 am

Prisoner Hisham Abu Hawash, 40, continues his open hunger strike for the day 120 in rejection of his administrative detention, while the Israeli occupation refuses to transfer him to a civilian hospital, despite the medical reports that confirm the danger of his health status.

The Palestinian Prisoner's Club said  that the occupation courts played a role in the arrest of Abu Hawash through issuing a series of decisions since the administrative order was issued against him during his open hunger strike; the most recent of which was a decision to confirm his administrative detention order for four months.

Abu Hawash spent a total of eight years in the Israeli prison. He is married and a father of five children.
