The Oral History and Palestinian Heritage Center in the Islamic University-Gaza organized a ceremony to conclude "Spreading Awareness about Al-Quds" project, implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and funded by PALM Strategic Initiatives Centre.

The ceremony was attended by Dr. Osama Hammad; deputy of Literature College, Dr. Raed Saleha; former deputy of Literature College, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Zaeem; director of PALM, Dr. Zakeria Al-Sinwar; chief of Oral History Center, and Mr. Majed Al-Agha; supervisor of Social Studies in the Ministry of Education, in addition to other lecturers.

The project included five courses that aimed to spread awareness about Al-Quds. They targeted male and female teachers of history and social studies in secondary schools. The courses were held in several governorates, and included 120 teachers.

During the ceremony, Dr. Al-Sinwar, Dr. Al-Zaeem, Dr. Hammad, and Dr. Al-Agha gave speeches about the project, appreciated the participants' efforts and commitment, and distributed the certificates.
