Kuala Lumpur: 

With an invitation from Al-Quds Institute-Malaysia, in light of the #SaveAlQuds campaign, 43 representatives of the Malaysian institutes that work for Palestine, and secular, youth, human rights and humanitarian organizations took part in the press conference that was held on Tuesday in Kuala Lumpur. The conference condemned the Zionist attacks on Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa, and urged the United Nations to hold an exceptional meeting to discuss the risky situation of Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa.

The conference also called on the Organization of Islamic Cooperation to work urgently to guarantee the safety and security of Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa, whose protection was the main goal of the organization.

Moreover, the conference appreciated the position of the Malaysian government, which refuses the occupation's violations of Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa, asking it to have a bigger role in protecting Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa and supporting the Palestinian cause.
