The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced this morning that Al-Jazeera's correspondent  Shireen Abu Aqla succumbed to critical wounds she sustained in the head by Israeli bullet in Jenin camp, this morning.

Shireen Abu Aqla ,51 years old, working in Al-Jazeera since 1997, was covering the lsraeli military incursions in Jenin when she was shot in the head.

Following the announcement, people of Jenin announced a full-scale strike to mourn the Israeli murder of killing Abu Aqla.

Since the start of 2022, Israeli occupation forces have killed 54 Palestinians, most of whom were killed during military raids in the West Bank cities
