The prisoner’s Club announced that the Israeli occupation prison administration tranafered Khalil Awawdeh, who has been on a hunger strike for 100 days, from Al-Ramla to the hospital prison, after a serious deterioration in his health.

In a statement, the club stated that the prison administration was refusing to permanently transfer him to the hospital, and bargained him in exchange for the transfer to accept the hospital's treatment. Days ago, the Prisoners and Detainees' Affairs Commission warned of a "sudden health setback" that could lead to the martyrdom of Awawdeg.

He suffers from severe joint aches, head pains, strong circulation, and blurred vision. He also cannot walk and travels in a wheelchair.
