In his speech at the "Palestinian Sovereignty, Strategic Changes and Future Pathways" conferece, organized by the Umma University in Gaza, the head of Hamas' political bureau stressed that there are four variables that must be dealt with to build an independent Palestinian strategic vision.

The first variable is the results of the Battle of Al-Quds Sword, which constituted a qualitative shift in the conflict with the occupation, while the second is related to the American retreat from the region. The third variable is the war between Russia and Ukraine, and the division of the world between the two parties.

Also, the fourth variable is the Arab region, which is rippling with contradictions between normalization and Israel's attempts to penetrate the region, stressing the need to focus on four dimensions: resistance, building strategic alliances moving people into the strategy of partnership in liberalization, and opening up to the international community.
