Mohsen Saleh, Director of Al-Zaytouna Centre for Studies and Consultations in Lebanon, confirmed that normalization in a serious cancer invading the region, especially the Arab region, and the Israeli occupation, through it, seeks to consolidate its presence on the ground.

This was said via zoom in the "Studies in Normalization with the Israeli Occupation" Book launch ceremony, organized and sponsored by PALM Strategic Initiatives Centre in collaboration with Al-Zaytouna Centre for Studies and Consultations, Al-Messiri Academy for Research and Studies, and the General Authority for Youth and Culture in Gaza. The ceremony was attended by the participating researchers, in addition to other writers and journalists.

Saleh said that normalization might filter the Palestinian cause, throughout allowing the occupation by the normalizing states to impose its sovereignty over Palestine. He noted that the 13 studies included in the book are necessary for the confrontation of the normalization wave, as they are the most accurate and comprehensive compared to the issued releases relating to normalization studies; they addressed educational, legal, cultural, media, civilized, political, economic and military fields to integrate with the studies discussed in the book.

He also appreciated PALM Strategic Initiatives Centre for its sponsorship of this project and release of the book, as well as thanked everyone contributed to the success of this achievement, hoping such initiatives serving the Palestinian cause continue.

Bassem Naim, Head of the Boycott and Anti-Normalization Campaign, on the other hand, considered this achievement as exceptional in the form and content, confirming unity inside and outside Palestine to confront normalization and Judaization.

"Despite the simple capabilities we own, we still cannot overcome the stream of the countries supporting the process of normalization and Judaization in Palestine," Naim said, calling for the establishment of a solid political coalition to confront this stream. He also confirmed the seriousness that lie in the breach of the awareness of the national and upcoming generations towards the Palestinian cause.

He also urged that such unique works that would serve the Palestinian cause and stand against normalization through drama, poetry, and children cartoons shall continue. He, later on, thanked the researchers, who did their best, to submit these studies serving the Palestinian cause.

Islam Al-Aloul, Director of Al-Messiri Academy for Research and Studies, said that "despite the continued normalization process led by the world's countries with the Israeli occupation, it still has the obsession of having legitimacy and being integrated with the neighboring countries." She added that there are several attempts to consolidate normalization with the Israeli occupation; nevertheless, they are still at the formal level.

Fawaz Al-Susi, Program Manager in the General Authority for Youths and Culture, said that the Authority cooperated -with all the energy it has- with the institutes contributing to the success of this book in order to confront the occupation plans in all fields that might be used to invade the Arab nation. Al-Susi then appreciated the role of the institutes working on serving the Palestinian cause and boycotting normalization and Judaization.
