A scientific study conducted by PALM Strategic Initiatives Centre was published in the The Seybold Report rigorous journal -Scopus.

The study made by  Dr. Mohammed AlAqad carried the title of "Challenges Faced by Novice Translators and Interpreters in Malaysia: Implications for Practices."

It basically aims to shed the light on the challenges faced by novice translators and interpreters in Malaysia and categorize their tasks as a part of the low-level professions, and attempts to find the possible solutions to recognize this profession and its importance in Malaysia.

The journal accepted the study for its significance, and published it on September 28, 2022.
