The Palestinian people in the territories occupied in 1948 suffer from exceptional circumstances and ongoing violations, affecting all political, security, economic and social life aspects. However, the most serious item, which has become the most influential, is the state of instability and security attacks against the life of Palestinians.

The security state affects the Palestinians in the Occupied Territory through two dimensions. The first dimension is summarized in lawlessness and spread of organized crime in the Arab societies. Such crimes have caused the death of more than 107 citizens, including 12 women, according to a statistic comparable to the record set by 2021, which witnessed the death of 112 victims -eight times more than the rate of murder crimes recorded in the Jewish society inside the occupation entity.

Despite the facie responsibility being cast over the organizations of organized crimes inside the Palestinian cities there, the real responsibility falls over the security and police organizations of the Israeli occupation. Most of the killing crimes that occur inside the Arab cities are committed in cooperation between murderers with the police and Shabak. In addition, the policy of disregard adopted by the Israeli police motivates such crimes to continue and allow the drug and arms trade to spread inside the Arab cities and villages.

Formal statistics indicate that the Israeli police follows up less than a quarter of the killing crimes committed in the Palestinian cities and villages in the occupied territory. This proportion triples in the Jewish communities by nearly three-quarters of crimes committed according to 2021 statistic.

Regarding the second dimension, it is represented in the deteriorating security state and increasing fear of the Palestinians in the Israeli-occupied territory in light of the extreme rightest attitudes of the consecutive Israeli governments, which reached the peak in the formation of the last government -headed by Benjamin Netanyahu and run by Itmar Ben Gvir. This new government and its security forces seek to expand the orders given to attack the Palestinians and describe them as betrayers in case they preserved the Palestinian national identity.

The last of extreme practices was the assassination of Naeem Budair from Kafr Qassem village with cold blood, under the pretext of implementing a ramming operation against the Israeli occupation soldiers and police. Yet, this was negated by Budair family and other eyewitnesses; thus, the police are expected to expand their sentences of execution even before the inauguration of the new extreme government.

Within the same context, the upcoming rightest government has explicitly announced that it seeks to harass the Palestinians living inside the Israeli-occupied cities, expel them from lands; claiming that those lands are owned by the government, and promote the National Law which states that "Israel is the national-state of the Jewish people". It also clamps down on the Arab representation in the Knesset and the freedom of forming political commissions and parties.

Such challenges come in a time when the Arab political organization in the occupied territory suffers from separation and fragmentation. The Arab Joint List was divided into three sections, and its representation was decreased from 15 to 10 seats in the last elections, weakening the Palestinian representation inside the Israeli Knesset and the power of the Arab influence in the Israeli political system.

It is almost certain that the Israeli occupation promotes everything that would confuse and weaken the earthbound Palestinian Arab society. It also realizes that the Arab society's instability inside the occupied territory challenges it, as well as the links of nationality and religion burden the Israeli occupation's Judaizational projects. Thus, the option of weakening the Arab society from the inside is the best way for "Israel" to fight the Palestinians' existence and persistence.

It has become a duty to the Arab society to pay attention to the risks that threaten the social and regional fabric of the Palestinians, and to realize that unity and rebuilding of the structure of the Palestinians' representative institute in the occupied territory will be the best option in light of imminent challenges and violations.
