Israel Hayom Newspaper reported that the so-called Supreme Council for Planning will approve the establishment of 5400 settlement units in the West Bank according to PM Netanyahu’s instructions. Half of the settlement units will be built in Beitar Illit settlement, south to Al-Quds.
