The endless resistance operations occurring in Al-Quds, whose perpetrators are from the Eastern Al-Quds, indicate that the "United Country" dream cannot be more than an illusion. Therefore, it ought to be cut off from the Western Al-Quds as soon as possible.

About 370 thousands live in the neighborhood of Eastern Al-Quds, and no Jews are allowed to enter most of its parts. Years of annexation (Eastern Al-Quds with the Western one) haven't changed anything in the Palestinian awareness. It's a must to separate between the Eastern Al-Quds and the surrounding villages. Separation is more complicated in areas where there are Palestinian and Jewish neighborhoods contiguous as in the Old City in Beit Safafa and Beit Hanina.  

Another issue that needs to be addressed is blue identities, as many Israelis were killed by Palestinians holding blue identities. The smooth transition of the perpetrators from Eastern Al-Quds to the Western one must also stop.

It is not appropriate to continue with the annexation  schemes adopted by the Israeli government in  1967 and the decisions issued by Interior Minister Ramon in 2000, stating to grant blue identities to the Palestinians of Eastern Al-Quds). Instead, new ideologies must be adopted before more operations are carried out.
