Several citizens were suffocated during an assault on a funeral in Beit Amr in northern Hebron, West Bank.

Mohammed Awad, a media activist, said that Israeli occupation soldiers closed the iron gate erected at the main entrance of the town, prevented the participants from passing, and fired gas bombs and sound grenades. As a result, dozens were suffocated.
