In the recent days, Isaac Herzog, the president of Israel, has unveiled a scheme that offers an alternate solution to the constitutional problem that is destroying the Israeli society. The writer believes that the president should be in charge of this scheme.

The president seeks to develop an applicable policy, even though it is not the best. Regarding the judges' recruitment committee, the president proposed adding two public delegates to the delegates of the three authorities (judicial, executive, legislative). The quiet society is represented by these two representatives; hence they are essential. Although necessary, the three authorities' balance is insufficient. Also, the president's proposal to appoint a delegate from the public with the approval of the Minister of Justice and the Chief Judge of the Supreme Court, maintains the status quo in and doesn't make any difference.

What problem cannot the president's scheme now solve? Main rule: legalization is a radical (revolutionary) change that the president suggests, and it's hard to consider the main rule in rush. Thus, the writer suggests that the president should establish a committee to enable the three authorities to negotiate among each other to study this.

The president's suggestion to solve the burden in the judicial agency, and the citizen's ability to reach the deliberations is a complex matter. A scheme with such context should be set with a clear thinking and the participation of professional bodies from the judicial agency. Furthermore, the writer suggests a committee set by the Minister of Justice and the Supreme Court Chief to solve the burden and delaying in the judicial agency. Justices of peace and central court are not insufficient.

Once in a while, there should be institutional adjusts aim to enhance the society protection. The rate of constitutional fiery fights should be declined and rather focus on other topics such as: cost-of-living and domestic security.
