There is no other country in the world other than Israel that has been struggling since its establishment with a wave of terrorism (Palestinian Resistance). It's an eternal part of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. This conflict will continue to put more struggles on us as long as it's not settled.

Palestinian society has been living in a severe conflict with us for years, and there are still resistance fighters who are ready to die for their cause. Considering this reality, there is a suggestion for a magical solution manifests in the death penalty for perpetrators.

First, it's noteworthy to be careful not to make the death penalty commonplace. Why should it be applied only to resistance fighters? Why shouldn't those who helped them or knew about their intentions receive the same penalty? What about a Jew held accountable for terrorism? The real reason for which this law should be opposed, is its role in igniting the fire. Perpetrators know that they are going to die, and this law won't affect them, but its repercussions are so dire, and we will be subject to international pressure. Applying this law, we make perpetrators heroes. Furthermore, each death penalty case will provoke revenge operations, and the calmness after each Fedayeen operation should be without the need for death penalties.

Zionism's power has always been manifested in self-control, reflection, and making decisions with the mind, not the heart. This was our vivid superiority over our enemies, and this is what we must continue to maintain.
