A young man, Mahmoud Jarad, 23, was martyred, and eight others were injured, during the Israeli occupation army's incursion into Tulkarm in the occupied West Bank.

Local sources reported that the occupation army specifically targeted the Tulkarm refugee camp and its surroundings, and the incursion lasted for 3 hours. It was met with resistance from the youth, leading to clashes.

This resulted in the martyrdom of the young man, Mahmoud, and the injury of 8 others by gunfire, before the army cut off electricity and withdrew completely.

With the martyrdom of Mahmoud Jarad, the number of martyrs since the beginning of the current year has risen to 222 martyrs due to the shooting of the occupation and its settlers.
