The occupation forces have raided the village of Beita amidst intense clashes and the search of dozens of homes in the southern part of Nablus in the occupied West Bank.
Local Palestinian sources reported that Israeli occupation forces entered the village from multiple directions, heavily reinforced with military vehicles. Israeli soldiers fired tear gas canisters at the residents and their homes, resulting in dozens suffering from suffocation. In response, residents threw stones at the Israeli soldiers and set car tires on fire.
Eyewitnesses stated that the occupation forces aggressively stormed dozens of homes and conducted extensive searches.
Israeli forces have imposed a strict siege on the village since last Tuesday and have been carrying out extensive raids following a shooting incident targeting settlers in the neighboring town of Hawara.
