Ismail Haniyeh, the head of the political bureau of Hamas, stated in a press release on Tuesday that he has informed all parties that have contacted him regarding the Israeli soldiers captivated by the resistance that this file will not be opened until the end of the battle and will only be done at a price accepted by the resistance. He added that this battle is Palestinian in decision and execution.

He added, "The destruction and brutality carried out by the occupation government against our people in Gaza reflect the impressive results achieved by the strikes of Al-Qassam Brigades and the resistance factions since the beginning of the Battle of the Al-Aqsa Flood, and everything they do will not erase the shame of defeat that has befallen them."

He also stated that it is the duty of the nation and the forces of resistance to participate in the Battle of the Aqsa Flood, which was launched in response to the crimes of the occupation in Al-Aqsa Mosque, Jerusalem, the West Bank, and the siege on Gaza.
