The General Directorate of Civil Defense has revealed the details of the execution crime committed by the Israeli occupation army against 14 members of its teams and the Palestinian Red Crescent teams in Rafah, southern Gaza Strip.

The Civil Defense described the horrific and tragic nature of the massacre, stating that some of the bodies were found with their hands tied, bullet wounds visible in the chest and head, one was found beheaded, and others were dismembered beyond recognition.

According to the statement, the Civil Defense and Red Crescent teams had arrived at the Tel Al-Sultan area to rescue the wounded while wearing their internationally recognized orange uniforms and vests. They were in a fire truck and two ambulances, all marked with international protection symbols. Despite this, the Israeli army executed them in cold blood.

The bodies were found eight days later, buried about 200 meters away from their destroyed vehicles. Many of them had their hands tied, visible gunshot wounds to the chest and head, one was found beheaded, and others were mutilated into pieces.
