Agence France-Presse (AFP) revealed that a delegation from Hamas held talks on Wednesday and Thursday in Doha with Egyptian and Qatari mediators in an effort to reach a truce in Gaza.

The agency quoted two sources said to be close to the movement, stating that the talks have not achieved any progress.

One of the sources close to Hamas said, “We do not expect an agreement to be reached before Trump's visit.
