The Municipality of Khuza’a announced that the town has become a completely devastated area due to the direct and ongoing targeting by the Israeli occupation in the southern Gaza Strip.

In a statement, the municipality said that homes have been leveled to the ground, healthcare and educational facilities destroyed, and roads and infrastructure rendered out of service. It emphasized that the level of destruction in the town exceeds all estimates and has rendered it entirely non-functional.

The statement stressed that the people of Khuza’a are now displaced from their land, scattered across different areas, facing catastrophic humanitarian conditions that continue to worsen day by day.
