The Ministry of Health reported that 39 Palestinians were martyred — including one whose body was recovered — and 317 others were injured in the Gaza Strip over the past 24 hours.

It explained that among the casualties who arrived at hospitals from humanitarian aid missions, 17 were martyred and more than 136 were injured in the same period. This raises the total number of martyrs seeking livelihood (aid-related victims) who reached hospitals to 467, with over 3,602 injuries.

The Ministry added that since March 18, 2025, the death toll has reached 5,685 martyrs and 19,518 injuries.

This brings the overall toll of the Israeli aggression, ongoing since October 7, 2023, to 55,998 martyrs and 131,559 injuries.
