He confirmed that the year 2026 will be dedicated to restoring military capabilities, capitalizing on what he described as “field achievements,” and returning to full operational readiness.

In the same context, the Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth revealed that the Israeli army is preparing to launch extensive internal investigations into the conduct of military operations in Gaza, which are expected to last about a year.

Observers believe that the timing of these investigations is an internal indicator within the army that the war is nearing its end, despite the absence of any official statement setting a timeframe for halting military operations.
