Al-Akhbar newspaper reported that Hamas had refused Israeli propositions delivered by the Egyptian mediator about the prisoners’ swap deal. The propositions included the release of hundreds of Palestinian prisoners including those who had killed Israelis. However, the Movement wants the release of thousands at two stages similar to the previous swap deal.
