Haniya said that the position of the Pakistani people is not new to their history of support to the Palestinian cause and people, and the Islamic nature of the cause.

He said that the Pakistanis have strong connection with Al-Quds and Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa. Haniya also said that Hamas will continue to adhere to its three main constants: Not giving up nor conceding the land of Palestine, clinging to the right to return and all the Palestinians’ rights, and adhering to the choice of resistance.

Haniya said that the rally was important because it took place in the square of the founder of Pakistan and was the response to the Muslim scholars in the country.

He called the Pakistani people to continue their support the Palestinian people and raise their voices against normalization; and to submit documents to all decision-makers in the world.
