Yisrael Hayom newspaper said that Benny Gantz, temporary Minister of Communications, issued a decision allowing cell-phone companies to expand the settlements' communication network in the occupied West Bank. 

The newspaper added that the expansion plan should cover the 4G network in 2 years to reach 95% instead of 75% and will include most of the 'Israeli' occupied territories. The priority will be for the settlements and some settlement outposts.
