A global campaign was launched to support the prisoner Raed Salah, Sheikh Al-Aqsa, in the Ohli Kedar 'Israeli' prison.

The campaign aims to support Sheikh Salah through the hashtag (# Solidarity_with_Raed_Salah), amidst a strong interaction across the social media networks.

The occupation transferred Sheikh Salah, who was arrested in August 2020 after he was condemned to call for Rabat at Al-Aqsa, to the Ohli Kedar prison. Occupation had demanded for 6-month extension.

Despite the Coronavirus, the court refused putting him under house arrest and kept him in prison.

The international AFD organization said, “Solitary confinement itself is a punishment for a prisoner when he violates the internal system of the prison institution and Sheikh Salah had not violated that."

The AFD called the occupation government to improve the conditions of his imprisonment. The organization also called the international and security institutions, especially human rights organizations, to shoulder their responsibilities and make difference.
