Kochavi Threatens Hezbollah

Mar 19, 2021 12:35 pm

Aviv Kochavi, Chief of General Staff, threatened to strike Hezbollah targets in a visit to France with Rivlin. He alleged that Hezbollah owns thousands of rockets stored in residential neighborhoods without providing any evidence.

Kochavi said that the army has thousands of targets that increase every week, and has the ability to destroy them. The army, he said, would do everything necessary to prevent Hezbollah from threatening the entity.

At the other end in the entity, the army’s Ghost Unit finished a drill that lasted 3 weeks as part of training on live ammunition and drones in the Golan, and on dealing with areas where explosives are planted. The drill also covered combat training in well-fortified and residential areas in relation to possible northern scenarios (Syria and Lebanon).
