Arab 48 website said that the Knesset organization committee approved the draft for the legalization of random settlement outposts. 16 members voted with and 13 against.

The draft obliges all occupation's ministries to offer the random settlement outposts all necessary services related to infrastructure, electricity, roads, water, communication and transportation.

The draft also obliges the government to legalize and begin to legalize the settlement outposts in accordance with the 2017 decision by the Cabinet.  

Peace Now movement said that there are currently 124 random settlement outposts in the occupied West Bank which were established in the nineties without the occupation's approval.
