Some settlers shot defenseless Palestinians and assaulted iftar gatherings which were in Sheikh Jarran neighborhood. The people were standing in solidarity with the families which were threatened of evacuation for the settlers to move in instead.

Kan channel confirmed the settlers' use of firearms against the Palestinians. The settlers also used pepper against the worshippers at the time of breaking their fast. The Palestinians stood up to them, which resulted in confrontations. The settlers attacked the citizens under heavy army protection.
