Several citizens were injured in the confrontations with the Israeli occupation forces at Sbeih mountain in Beita town in south Nablus in the occupied West Bank.

Ahmed Jebril, the head of the Emergency and Ambulance Department at the Palestinian Red Crescent Society, said that two young men were injured after falling because of the occupation forces’ targeting of the torches event executed by the youth at teh mountain as part of the night-confusion activities. 11 other citizens suffocated due to inhaling teargas but were treated immediately.

Beita town has been witnessing daily confrontations for two months as part of the protests against the establishment of a settlement outpost at the top of the mountain.
