Occupation Prevents Entry of Adequate Aid Trucks into Gaza

The Gaza Government Media Office stated that only 83 aid trucks entered the Gaza Strip yesterday, noting that most of them were looted in the context of the deliberate security chaos created by the Israeli occupation as part of its policy of “engineering hunger and chaos.”

In a statement, the office explained that over the course of 13 days, only 1,115 aid trucks entered Gaza out of an expected 7,800 — meaning that just around 14% of actual needs were met. The occupation continues to block the entry of sufficient aid trucks, shut down border crossings, and undermine the work of humanitarian organizations.

It added that Gaza requires more than 600 aid trucks daily to meet the bare minimum needs of 2.4 million people, amid the near-total collapse of infrastructure caused by the ongoing war and genocide.
