Sources to “Arabi 21” newspaper reported that there is a secret Memorandum of Understanding between USA, PA and the occupation. The sources also declared that the Memorandum was signed after the visit of Hady Amr, American government official serving as Deputy Assistant Secretary for Israeli and Palestinian Affairs. 

The Memorandum reveals that the US Administration imposes restrictions and sponsorship on the Palestinian media outlets and curricula; and is working to reactivate the three-party incitement committee (American-Israeli-Palestinian). 

The sources also said that the parties agreed on having an Israeli-American committee to reword the law of Palestinian prisoners so that the PA would execute it. This Committee forced the PA to reveal all the existing corruption files in order to beautify its image in the society, and will keep an eye on the PA to ensure the procedures go as planned. 

According to the sources, the document reveals the American and Israeli interventions and the truth about who really runs the PA.
