The CDA stated that prisoner Nasser Al-Shawish was transported from Jalboa' prison to the hospital after suffering from a blood clot causing his health to deteriorate.

The CDA held the occupation's government and prisons' administration responsible for the prisoner's health condition, and demanded allowing the CDA's lawyer to visit him to check on his health.

The legal unit along with a group of lawyers are currently working on identifying the location of the prisoner, who was arrested on June 2, 2002 and received four life sentences.
