The Palestinian Prisoner’s Club stated that the prisoner Akram Al-Fasfous suspended his hunger strike, which lasted 22 days, after reaching an agreement with the prisons’ administration on his release in December, 2021.
The agreement also contains putting an end for the administrative detention of his brother Mahmoud who has been on a hunger strike before but suspended it after his condition got critical, and who will be released in January, 2022.
The peisoner Ahmed Hamarna, 24, continues his hunger strike that started 21 days ago in a protest against his administrative detention, despite the fact that his condition is deteriorating.
The Commission of Detainess’ Affairs said that Hamarana’s mother continues her hunger strike, which has been going for about two weeks, in solidarity with her son and the other six prisoners on a strike.
