Akram Samarah, the lawyer of the Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs Commission, said that the Israeli occupation Court decided to postpone looking into the bailing-out request of the pregnant prisoner Anhar Al-Deek to next Sunday.
The Arab League held the Israeli occupation responsible for the life of the prisoner Anhar Al-Deek and her upcoming child, and called on all the organizations and institutes of the civil society all around the world to intensify their efforts to press on the occupation to comply with the international laws and principles.
The prisoner Anhar Al-Deek, 26, from Ramallah, was arrested on March 8, which marked the International Women's Day. Although she was 3-month pregnant, she was arrested in harsh conditions of detention without any consideration of her health situation.
Al-Deek will be the ninth to give birth to her baby inside the Israeli prisons.
