The Prisoners' Affairs Commission stated that the administration of the Israeli prisons released the pregnant prisoner Anhar Al-Deek, 26, from Al-Damon prison.
The commission added that the court's decision came with a 40 000 NIS bail and house arrest in her family's house in Kafr Ni'ma village in the west of Ramallah in the Occupied West Bank.
Al-Deek said, when she was released, that she suffered from quite harsh conditions of repression and deprivation during the time she spent inside the prison, and noted that all the Palestinian prisoners are calling on the free people all over the world to act to release them from the Israeli prisons.
Anhar Al-Deek was arrested on the day that marked International Women's Day, March 3, 2021. Although she was 3-month pregnant, the Israeli occupation arrested her in dire conditions of detention without any consideration of her health status.
