Palestinian sources confirmed that the occupation has been stalling in order not to answer to the factions’ demands in the Gaza Strip and to enforce a new equation under the pretext of the burning balloons fired from the Strip. The sources said that there is room for Hamas movement to increase the rates of its employees’ salaries to 60% using the Qatari fund.
