Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the Turkish President, emphasized his country’s support to the Palestinian cause in a phone call with his counterpart the Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas. The two discussed  the bilateral relations between the two countries. President Abbas also congratulated President Erdoğan on his country’s discovery of natural gas.
