Mai Al Kaila, the Palestinian Minister of Health, announced 3 deaths in Palestine; 2 in Hebron and 2 in occupied Al-Quds within 24 hours; and 311 new infections. 68 cases have recovered in the past 24 hours. She said that the recovery rate reached 62.1%, the active cases 37.3% and the death rate 0.6%.
